چکیده

In the protection of migratory species, Coilia nasus has always been a research topic very high interest in various countries because economic value and serious decline resources. this study, C. were collected from Shengsi Sea area, Yangtze River estuary, Taizhou section Poyang Lake. By using 2b-RAD simplified genome sequencing technology, 63,110 SNP sites screened, genetic diversity each population was analyzed with markers. The results showed that (1) purity four groups populations not high, need to further increase levels purity; (2) indicating they had strong adaptability environmental changes could easily expand their distribution resource growth; (3) FST values (0.112–0.142) higher, there moderate differentiation, but no independent formed. This study speculated these species may have same spawning grounds pointed out gene polluted, it is urgent improve nasus.

Castor Bean Organelle Genome Sequencing and Worldwide Genetic Diversity Analysis

Castor bean is an important oil-producing plant in the Euphorbiaceae family. Its high-quality oil contains up to 90% of the unusual fatty acid ricinoleate, which has many industrial and medical applications. Castor bean seeds also contain ricin, a highly toxic Type 2 ribosome-inactivating protein, which has gained relevance in recent years due to biosafety concerns. In order to gain knowledge o...

phylogeography and genetic diversity of the lesser mouse- eared bat (myotis blythii) in iran

in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...

Developmental Expression of HSP60 and HSP10 in the Coilia nasus Testis during Upstream Spawning Migration

Heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) and heat shock protein 10 (HSP10) are important chaperones, which have been proven to have essential roles in mediating the correct folding of nuclear encoded proteins imported to mitochondria. Mitochondria are known as the power house of the cell, with which it produces energy and respires aerobically. In this regard, the obtained HSP60 and HSP10 have typical char...

Application of RAD Sequencing for Evaluating the Genetic Diversity of Domesticated Panax notoginseng (Araliaceae)

Panax notoginseng, a traditional Chinese medicinal plant, has been cultivated and domesticated for approximately 400 years, mainly in Yunnan and Guangxi, two provinces in southwest China. This species was named according to cultivated rather than wild individuals, and no wild populations had been found until now. The genetic resources available on farms are important for both breeding practices...

Identification of a uniquely expanded V1R (ORA) gene family in the Japanese grenadier anchovy (Coilia nasus)

A number of studies have suggested that olfaction plays an important role in fish migration. Fish use several distinct families of olfactory receptors to detect environmental odorants, including MORs (main olfactory receptors), V1Rs (vomeronasal type-1 receptors), V2Rs (vomeronasal type-2 receptors), TAARs (trace amine-associated receptors), and FPRs (formyl peptide receptors). The V1Rs have be...
